Motivation is a feeling.
Discipline is a system.
Build the system.
Beat yesterday-you.
Everything you need to stop quitting.
Six pillars built to compound. No fluff, no streak-mafia guilt, no pastel checkmarks.
Heatmap that means something
Each habit gets its own color palette. Intensity scales with consistency. No green/red binary.
Focus that ships
Pomodoro, deep work, ambient sounds, distraction counter. Every minute that mattered.
Journal in seconds
Stoplight mood, wins, gratitude. Daily reflection without the friction.
Analytics that don't lie
Best weekdays, worst times, sleep-vs-focus correlations. Discipline you can measure.
Survival mode for bad habits
Doomscrolling, smoking, sugar. Track resistance, recover fast after a relapse.
Reminders that learn
Adaptive timing nudges you 30 min before your usual slot. Streak-warnings hit when you're about to lose one.
Designed dark. Built for the data-heavy.
Pure-dark UI, one violet accent (or the one you pick), mood-coded data viz. Inspired by GitHub grids and trading dashboards. Not pastel productivity.
Stoplight mood, on purpose.
Forget happy faces. One tap, five levels from awful to great, colored from red to neon green. Your week becomes a glanceable strip.
- Five-step scale matching real human moods.
- Wins, gratitudes & notes on the same screen.
- Cross-references with sleep, focus & streak data.
Focus that respects you.
Pomodoro, deep work, custom blocks. Ambient sounds, distraction logger, weekly graph. Auto-DND on supported devices.
- Pause, resume, extend. No rigid 25/5.
- Sessions linked to specific habits or tasks.
- Longest-streak hall-of-fame in your stats.
Streaks worth defending.
Habits that took weeks to build deserve a system that warns you before you lose them. Smart notifications, not noise.
- “Your 31-day streak expires in 2 hours.”
- Adaptive timing. Learns when you usually slip.
- Recovery mode after a relapse, no shame loops.

Agenda that auto-fills itself.
Per-weekday habit schedules push events to your agenda automatically. Reschedule by dragging. Tasks land in the same view so nothing competes for attention.
- Per-weekday timing. Mornings aren't weekends.
- Habit-colored events; tasks tinted by priority.
- Reminder cascade: at start, −10m, −1h, −1d.
From zero to first streak in three minutes.
Onboarding picks your goals, sets up daily habits, and schedules your first focus block. No reading required.
Pick your fights
Choose habits to build & bad habits to quit. Defaults handle 90% of users.
Schedule them
When, how long, on which weekdays. Per-day timing if your routine isn't symmetric.
Show up tomorrow
Smart reminders nudge you at your failure-prone times. Tap, build, repeat.
Watch it compound
Heatmap fills, streaks grow, analytics surface patterns you didn't know you had.
Why we built our own.
Most habit apps are pastel checklists with badges. We needed a tool for people who actually compete with themselves.

Quietly addictive, in a good way.
Real comments from the people who've been on the streak the longest.
I used to install a habit tracker, fill it for 5 days, then bury it. Me VS Me's heatmap is the first thing I open without thinking. 142 days in.
Stoplight mood single-handedly killed my "how do you feel today (1-10)" guilt journaling. One tap, one color, done.
Quit smoking on day 47 of survival mode. The notifications hit when I was actually weak, not random pep talks.
Everything you might want to ask.
Pricing, privacy, features, tech. Sorted, searchable, answered straight. If something's missing, ping us at [email protected].
Is the free plan actually usable?
Yes. The free plan isn't a trial. It's the daily-driver tier most people stick with forever.
- Up to 3 habits, no time limit
- Full heatmap, focus timer, journal & mood
- All basic notifications & streak warnings
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. 14 days, no card required. After that you drop back to the free plan with everything you created intact. We also offer a 30-day refund window for paid plans.
Can I cancel any time?
One click from Settings → Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period, then drop to the free plan. Your data stays.
Do you offer student or education discounts?
50% off Pro with a valid .edu-style email or student ID. Email us with proof and we'll apply it manually. We're working on automated verification.
How many habits can I track?
Free: 3 active habits. Pro & Elite: unlimited. Most engaged users land between 5 and 8. Past that, you're tracking more than you're doing.
How does the "bad-habit survival mode" work?
Negative habits flip the streak meaning: every clean day adds to a survival streak. A relapse triggers recovery mode (short check-ins, no shame loops), and your longest survival run is kept as a personal record.
Smart notifications hit at your usual failure-prone times (e.g. Friday evenings, 9pm scroll), learned from your last 30 days.
What makes the reminders "smart"?
Three kinds, layered on top of each other:
- Streak warnings: "your 31-day streak expires in 2 hours."
- Adaptive timing: learns when you usually log and nudges 30 min before.
- Pattern nudges: "you skip water on Saturdays" (Pro).
Does it have a calendar / agenda view?
Yes. Habits with per-weekday timing auto-populate the agenda. You can add free-form events and link them to a habit (inherits its color) or to a task. Day-view and week-view, with multiple reminders per event.
Is the focus timer just Pomodoro?
Pomodoro is one preset. You also get deep-work blocks, study sessions, and fully custom durations. Pause/resume/extend without losing the session. Ambient sounds, distraction logger, and a weekly graph come standard.
What kind of analytics do I get?
Beyond completion percentages, Pro unlocks pattern-style insights computed from your own data:
- Best / worst weekdays per habit.
- Correlations (sleep × focus, mood × consistency).
- Recovery patterns & relapse-risk windows.
- Weekly digest email with concrete numbers, no fluff.
Do you sell or train on my data?
No. Your journal, habits and mood are yours. We don't sell data, don't run third-party ad pixels, and don't use your content to train any model. Period.
Analytics & insights run on your own data inside your own account; nothing leaves your bucket without an explicit export action.
Can I export everything?
Yes. JSON and CSV exports of habits, logs, focus sessions, and journal entries. From Settings → Data → Export. Pro users get scheduled weekly exports to email.
How do I delete my account?
One-click from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. We wipe your data within 24 hours from production, within 30 days from backups (GDPR-compliant).
Where is my data stored?
EU region (Frankfurt) on Supabase + Cloudflare. Encrypted at rest and in transit. GDPR-compliant; we publish a sub-processor list at /legal/sub-processors.
Will my data sync between devices?
Pro & Elite: yes. Real-time sync across phone, tablet, web. Free plan is single-device; upgrade and your full history follows you, retroactively.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, MC, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, SEPA debit, and PayPal. Billing via RevenueCat in-app, Stripe on web.
How does Elite team / family work?
One Elite plan covers up to 5 linked seats. Each seat keeps their own private data; you opt in per-habit to a shared accountability dashboard. Perfect for couples, families, or small coaching circles.
Which platforms is it on?
Web app today (any modern browser, mobile-friendly). Native iOS & Android in late 2026, Flutter-based, so the UI and behavior carry over 1:1. Add the web app to your home-screen for a near-native experience right now.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The app shell is cached via a service worker, so you can open the app, log habits, and run focus sessions without a connection. Anything you do offline syncs the next time you're online.
What languages do you support?
English & Dutch are fully translated at launch. German, Spanish, French and Arabic (with RTL support) are catalog-complete; UI strings roll out as we finalize them. Suggest a language at [email protected].
Can I import from another habit app?
CSV import for habits + logs is live (Streaks, Loop, Habitica formats supported). Native integrations with Apple Health and Google Fit are on the Pro roadmap.
Why "Me VS Me"?
You're not competing with friends, coaches, or social leaderboards. You're competing with the version of yourself that gives up after three days. Naming the opponent makes it easier to beat.
